Company Registration Agreement

By creating a company workspace, the registrant confirms that they are authorized to act for the company and manage its Servixo account.

Workspace administration

The company controls its clients, properties, employees, services, documents, payments, photos, notes and settings. The company must assign access only to authorized people and promptly disable access that is no longer needed.

Consent and records

The company is responsible for obtaining valid permission before entering personal information, enabling SMS messages, collecting signatures, recording location, uploading work photographs or using employee time records.

Operational accuracy

The company must review schedules, rates, payments, invoices, contracts, payroll-related information and reports before relying on them for business, legal, employment, accounting or tax purposes.

Industry configuration

Servixo may display different fields and workflows according to the selected business type. The company is responsible for selecting and configuring the fields appropriate for its services.

Platform administration

Servixo may apply updates, maintain backups, review system health and enforce plan or module access. Company content remains separated by account access controls.
