Servixo supports operational text messages such as schedule reminders, assignment notices, clock alerts and service updates when the recipient has agreed to receive them.

Consent

Providing a phone number does not automatically authorize SMS messages. Companies must record the recipient's affirmative consent before enabling texts.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency depends on service activity. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile plan.

Opt out

Recipients may request that messages stop. Companies must honor opt-out requests and update the corresponding Servixo consent setting.

No sale of phone information

Phone numbers and SMS consent records are not sold for third-party marketing.
